David Walsh became Chief Executive of NZ Post in May 2017.
He joined the Group in February 2015 as Chief Financial Officer having previously held the position of General Manager Corporate and Finance at KiwiRail.
His professional background also includes Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer at the New Zealand Racing Board, and senior finance roles at Fonterra and TransAlta.
