Nick Judd is CEO of One NZ, leading the business into its next chapter with a focus on growth, transformation and delivering better outcomes for customers.
Nick has held executive roles both overseas and in New Zealand across strategy, sales, commercial, and finance. Before becoming CEO, he served as One NZ’s Chief Financial Officer, joining the business in March 2024. Prior to One NZ, Nick was Chief Financial Officer at Tourism Holdings and spent more than 15 years in various roles at Air New Zealand.
Nick is a family man and a sports tragic, who in between running his two sons around to various sports, tries to stay active himself (with mixed success) and enjoys watching New Zealand’s sporting teams (usually with more success).
Nick is focused on building on One NZ’s strong momentum, and creating a simpler, stronger business that plays an important role in an even better-connected Aotearoa New Zealand.
